Job Responsibilities

You will provide guidance on and conduct inspections of information security measures related to the automotive manufacturing and sales industry in accordance with prescribed security guidelines. This role involves utilizing your knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems while providing explanations, preparing materials, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.

 

Work Style & Location

• Location: Mikawa-Toyota, Aichi / Hybrid with remote work
• On-site Work: Approximately 1–2 days per week (may vary depending on the project)
• Working Hours: Weekdays, 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
• Domestic Business Travel: Occasional trips requiring approximately 1–2 overnight stays
• International Business Travel: Up to approximately two weeks; candidates who are able to travel internationally are welcome
   

Who This Role Is For?

This position is well suited to candidates who want to build on their IT infrastructure or systems experience and expand their careers into information security, as well as those who want to use English while working with global stakeholders. As this is a hybrid position, candidates who are able to work on-site in Mikawa-Toyota approximately 1–2 days per week are welcome to apply.

Skills & Experience

• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in the IT industry
• IT Passport certification, Information Security Management Examination certification, or equivalent skills (such as basic knowledge of information security and experience with information security measures)
• Practical experience with IT infrastructure or systems (servers, networks, cloud, OS, etc.)
• Experience using Excel functions for data aggregation
• Experience creating PowerPoint materials
• Experience using Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online (SPO)
• English, Chinese, or other language skills are a plus

Previous Experience

• Experience creating materials using PowerPoint
• Experience preparing and setting up online or on-site information sessions/seminars
• Presentation experience
• Experience with chat-based communication
• Experience in English/Chinese translation or interpretation is a plus
