Overview
Our client is seeking a CFO to lead strategic finance, fundraising, and M&A.
Key requirements:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong background in corporate finance, investment, or strategic finance
- Experience in M&A and debt/equity fundraising
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, valuation, and capital allocation
- Experience working with investors and senior management
