消費者起点のデザインシンキングおよびイノベーションプロジェクトの推進
市場調査の設計、企画、実施、分析
定量・定性調査結果を活用した戦略提言
グローバルプロジェクト向けの市場・消費者調査の実施
調査会社との折衝および予算管理
マーケティング・営業部門とのクロスファンクショナルな連携
ブランド戦略、新製品開発、購買行動分析等の支援
応募資格
大学卒業以上
消費者インサイト創出・活用経験5年以上
FMCG業界または調査会社・コンサルティングファームでの経験
定量・定性調査の実務経験
消費者インサイトに基づく戦略立案経験
製品イノベーション調査経験
POSデータおよびパネルデータ分析経験
AIを活用した分析・インサイト創出経験
英語によるグローバルコミュニケーション能力
歓迎要件
SPSSまたはRの知識があれば歓迎
日本語スキル歓迎
