Internal Audit Manager
Salary : 120,000 - 150,000 THB/m.
Job Highlights
Report audit findings directly to the Audit Committee during quarterly meetings.
Work closely with and support the Audit Committee on assigned projects and requirements.
Lead the internal audit function with exposure to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct annual risk and control assessments to identify key business risks and develop a comprehensive audit plan.
Plan, execute, and oversee operational, financial, and IT audits in accordance with professional auditing standards.
Design and implement audit programs, testing procedures, and review methodologies to ensure effective evaluation of internal controls.
Prepare audit reports and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Perform special reviews, investigations, compliance assessments, and ad hoc assignments as requested by the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, or senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of governance, risk management, and internal control processes across the organization.
Mentor, coach, and develop audit team members to enhance capabilities and ensure high-quality audit deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and corporate governance principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically as required.
Age 30 years and above preferred.
