Job Description
Marketing Manager (B2B Marketing Agency)
Salary: Up to 70,000 THB/Month
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (office based)
- Develop marketing strategies and proposals for clients
- Manage Digital Marketing, social media, PR, Content Marketing, and Event projects
- Plan and oversee campaign execution, budgets, and KPIs
- Manage advertising platforms and marketing automation channels
- Conduct market, competitor, and campaign performance analysis
- Lead and mentor marketing team members
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing
- At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, KPIs, and teams
- Strong strategic planning, execution, and analytical skills
- Good command of English is an advantage
- Japanese language skills would be a plus
