ゴムコンパウンドの製造を手掛けるメーカーです。天然ゴムおよび合成ゴムを原料とした製品を、自動車、電気・電子、建設、産業機械など幅広い業界へ供給しています。2004年設立で、国内外の市場に向けて事業を展開しています。
仕事内容：
・タイおよび海外に拠点を置く日本の顧客を担当する。
・新規顧客を開拓し、市場シェアを拡大する。
・顧客、社内の営業チーム、研究開発チーム間の連携を円滑に進める。
・新製品開発プロジェクトについて、見積依頼（RFQ）、試作、PPAP段階から量産に至るまでフォローアップを行う。
・見積書の作成、取引条件の交渉、顧客注文の追跡を行う。
・市場動向、競合他社、および潜在的なビジネスチャンスを分析する。
・販売レポート、売上予測、および戦略的事業計画を作成する。
・展示会に参加し、国内外の顧客を訪問する。
応募資格：
• 自動車、エレクトロニクス、産業分野の日本企業との強固な顧客ネットワーク。
• 新規営業の経験と実績。
• 日本とタイの両方の職場文化に対する深い理解。
• 日本またはタイ市場における営業または事業開発の経験。
