Job Description
Learning & Development
Design and implement employee learning and development strategies.
Assess training needs and create annual training calendars.
Conduct leadership, behavioural, soft skills, and professional development programs.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability-building opportunities.
Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Employee Coaching & Mentoring
Act as a senior coach and trusted HR partner for employees.
Guide employees on career development, performance improvement, and workplace challenges.
Support managers in handling employee concerns and development planning.
Facilitate career conversations and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and focus groups.
Develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
