We are looking for a talented and ambitious Merchandiser to join Daruma Jeans. As our Merchandiser, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support product planning, development, production, inventory, and merchandising strategy.
We are looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of fashion and is excited to help build products that customers love.

• Support the planning and development of new Daruma Jeans products and collections
• Conduct market research and analyze fashion, denim, and consumer trends
• Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage product schedules and support the development process from concept to launch
• Assist with pricing, product positioning, and merchandising strategy
• Monitor inventory and sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support seasonal product planning and collection management
• Help develop strategies to strengthen the Daruma Jeans brand and product offering
• Coordinate product information, samples, materials, and related documentation
• Take on new responsibilities as the brand and business continue to grow

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ¥300,000 – ¥600,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance).
