【業務内容】
- Windows 10／11 PCのイメージング、セットアップ、展開、トラブルシューティング
- VIPユーザーを含むオンサイトデスクサイドサポート
- PC、プリンター、モニター、周辺機器等の障害対応
- ネットワーク接続に関する基本的なトラブルシューティング
- Zoom、Microsoft Teams等の会議システムサポート
- PCおよびIT機器の資産・在庫管理
- ユーザー向け簡易マニュアルの作成、操作説明
- ベンダーエンジニアとの連携および必要に応じたエスカレーション

- ユーザー対応を日本語・英語で行える方
