■Position Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of Solar BESS and Wind projects from development and technical due diligence through execution and operational improvement. This position requires strong technical leadership proactive coordination and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and drive future competitiveness.

■Technical
・ Strong technical background in electrical civil mechanical or related engineering fields.
・ Minimum 4 years’ experience in renewable energy or similar generation facilities in a technical coordination role or project management role.
・ Proven experience leading development or construction activities within project teams.
・ Understanding of commercial project structures and related transactions.
・ Advanced proficiency in MS Office MS Project and related applications.
Non Technical
・ High business level proficiency in Japanese （written and spoken） and ability to communicate in English.
・ Positive proactive attitude and adaptability to business dynamics.
・ Understanding and being able to negotiate contracts
・ Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
・ Collaborative “one team” mindset with both domestic and international partners.
・ Commitment to supporting company competitiveness and achieving results.
・ High attention to detail with excellent analytical and coordination skills.
・ Self motivated well organized and able to work independently.
・ Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
・ Valid driver’s license in Japan.
