（１） パフォーマンス・マネジメントメイン
日本・海外各現地法人におけるパフォーマンス・マネジメント関連制度を中心とした人事制度全般（具体的には主に等級・評価・社内表彰制度）の企画・運用・浸透施策を通じて、従業員のリテンションやビジネスの成長に寄与する。
具体的には、日本における制度運用実務を担当しながら、国内各社・海外現地法人における制度の課題把握と、その改善に向けた活動をマネジャーの支援を得ながら、多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み実施する。
また、制度ガバナンスにおいて、国内各社・海外現地法人において制度が適切に運用されているか常にレビューを実施し、必要に応じて上司へプロセス改善等を提案することを期待される
（２） C＆B（Compensation Benefits）メイン
日本・海外現地法人における報酬制度（C B）を中心とした人事制度全般の企画・運用・浸透施策を通じて、従業員のリテンションやビジネスの成長に寄与する。
具体的には、報酬ベンチマーキング、金銭報酬・福利厚生制度の企画運営、報酬関連実務（昇給計算や賞与支給要領作成など）、海外現地法人における報酬関連の課題解決に向けたコンサルテーションや制度運用上のガバナンス強化など、多岐にわたる。
