募集概要

東京のファイナンスチームにて、アカウンタント／シニアアカウンタントを募集します。

複数の日本法人に関する月次決算、財務レポーティングおよび連結決算支援を中心に、監査・税務対応や業務プロセスの改善にも携わっていただきます。使用する会計システムはNetSuiteです。

これまでのご経験や専門性に応じて担当範囲を調整し、ファイナンスマネージャーや社内外の関係者と連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。

主な業務内容

• 複数の日本法人に関する月次・年次決算、仕訳計上、勘定照合および決算スケジュールの管理
• 売掛金・買掛金、固定資産、未払・前払費用、外貨建取引等の会計処理および関連資料の作成
• グループ会社間取引の照合・消去を含む連結決算およびグループレポーティングの支援
• 日本会計基準に基づく会計処理、および必要に応じた米国会計基準との調整
• 月次管理レポート、差異分析および経営陣向け説明資料の作成
• 外部監査人・税理士との連携、監査・税務対応に必要な資料の準備
• NetSuiteを活用した決算業務、課題の特定・解決および業務プロセスの改善
• 上場準備に向けた内部統制、文書化および決算体制の整備支援

In this role, you will gain exposure not only to accounting for multiple Japanese entities, but also to consolidation, audit support, internal controls, and listing readiness. It offers an opportunity to broaden your experience in the fast-evolving AI and cloud infrastructure sector while helping develop scalable finance processes and systems.

Our Finance team is also exploring practical ways to integrate AI tools into closing, reporting, and analytical work. We welcome candidates who are interested in new technologies and continuous process improvement.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Tokyo.

The role focuses on month-end closing, financial reporting, and consolidation support for multiple Japanese entities. You will also support audit and tax matters and contribute to process improvements. NetSuite is used as the primary accounting system.

The scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience and expertise. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities for multiple Japanese entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Perform accounting for accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and foreign-currency transactions.
• Support consolidation and group reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Apply Japanese GAAP and, where required, support adjustments between J-GAAP and US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and supporting commentary.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers and prepare the necessary supporting documentation.
• Use NetSuite to manage closing activities, resolve accounting or system issues, and improve finance processes.
• Support the development of internal controls, documentation, and close processes in preparation for a future listing.

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力、およびグループレポーティングや社内コミュニケーションに必要な英語力

• NetSuite OneWorldを用いた決算、複数法人管理、グループ会社間取引またはレポート作成の経験
• グループ会社間取引の消去、未実現利益、非支配持分（NCI）、のれん、為替換算等を含む連結決算の経験
• 米国会計基準、または日本会計基準と米国会計基準の差異調整に関する実務経験
• 外部監査人、税理士および社内外の関係者との調整経験
• 多国籍企業または複数法人を有する企業グループでの勤務経験
• IPO準備、内部統制の整備または監査対応体制の構築経験
• CPA、USCPA、ACCA、日本公認会計士、日商簿記等の資格、または会計・財務関連分野の学位

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience in consolidated financial reporting or accounting for multiple legal entities.
• Practical knowledge of Japanese GAAP (J-GAAP).
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system, such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks Online, together with proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax advisers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills required to perform the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite OneWorld for financial closing, multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, or reporting.
• Experience in consolidated accounting, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profit adjustments, non-controlling interests (NCI), goodwill, and foreign currency translation.
• Practical experience with US GAAP or reconciling differences between J-GAAP and US GAAP.
• Experience working for a multinational company or a corporate group with multiple legal entities.
• Experience supporting IPO readiness, developing internal controls, or strengthening audit processes.
• A professional qualification such as CPA, USCPA, ACCA, Japanese CPA, or Japanese Bookkeeping Certification, or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
