職務概要

契約書の審査、法令調査、会社運営に関する法務対応など、日常的な法務・コンプライアンス業務を担当していただきます。法務・コンプライアンス部門の一員として、当社が世界各国で負う法的義務および各種規制への対応を支援する重要なポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 各種契約書・秘密保持契約書などの法務文書の審査・作成サポート
• 契約内容の社内規程・社内ルール、関連法令および国際基準への適合性確認
• 海外子会社の設立手続きのサポート（必要書類の作成、外部の設立支援機関との連絡・調整）
• 法務マネージャーの指示に基づくその他の法務関連業務

Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling daily legal and compliance activities, including contract review, legal research, and corporate governance. It plays a crucial role in supporting the Legal & Compliance department in managing the company’s legal and regulatory obligations globally.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and requirements, legal compliance, and international standards.
• Assist in matters related to the establishment of cross-border subsidiaries, including the preparation of incorporation documents and liaison with external company formation agencies.
• Assist in handling other matters assigned by the Legal Manager.

必須要件   

• 1年以上の法務経験
• 日本語 - 流暢
• 英語 - ビジネスレベル

歓迎要件   

• 法律、法学または関連分野の短期大学士、専門士もしくは学士以上の学位保持   
• 中国語 - 日常会話レベル以上（業務対応が可能なレベル）  

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of legal work experience
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• An associate degree, a vocational diploma, or a bachelor’s degree or higher in law, legal studies, or a related field
• Conversational Mandarin Chinese proficiency or above, sufficient for work-related communication
