〇 韓国本社の生産オーダー情報の共有
ㆍ韓国本社へのオーダー入力、生産情報の共有、納期スケジュール
ㆍ生産状況および納期情報の顧客への案内
〇 日本国内の荷役会社との情報共有
ㆍ韓国からの船積み貨物の納期案内、通関の調整・確認、代金確認
〇 日本国内の関係会社の韓国出張サポート
ㆍ国内関係会社の韓国出張時における本社および生産施設の案内
〇 海外顧客（韓国等）および本社出張者の出張サポート
ㆍ日本国内の訪問先および顧客とのミーティングサポート
〇 船積書類（L/C、B/L等）の管理および荷役管理
ㆍ製品輸入に伴う各種業務
〇 その他、オフィス運営に関する総務業務
ㆍ備品購入、各種予約業務等
