Position: Factory Manager (Textile)
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Ratchaburi.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Manage daily textile manufacturing operations.
Ensure production targets, efficiency, and productivity are achieved.
Monitor spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, or garment production processes.
Optimize production scheduling and capacity utilization.
Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality standards.
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Reduce defects, customer complaints, and waste.
Cost Control
Monitor manufacturing costs and productivity.
Drive cost reduction initiatives.
Improve labor and machine utilizationใ
Factory Leadership
Lead and develop department managers and supervisors.
Build a high-performance manufacturing culture.
Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
Continuous Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM activities.
Lead productivity improvement projects.
Support factory digitalization and automation initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Maintain occupational health and safety standards.
Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Communication with Japanese Management
Report factory performance directly to Japanese executives.
Participate in meetings with Japanese customers and headquarters.
Translate operational requirements into actionable factory plans.
Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10-15 years in textile manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Production Director, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Yarn Manufacturing, Knitting, Weaving, Dyeing & Finishing, Garment Production
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, ISO systems.
