Job Description
Over 1+ years of field sales experience in industrial products, machine tools, automation equipment, bearings, linear motion products, power transmission products, or related engineering industries.
・Experience in handling B2B sales activities, including customer visits, lead generation, quotation follow-up, negotiations, and order closure.
・Experience dealing with OEMs, machine builders, industrial manufacturing companies, distributors, or system integrators.
・B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
・Strong communication and relationship management skills.
・Language proficiency in English (Mandatory) & Local Regional Language
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
・Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
・Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler for customer visits and business travel within the assigned territory.
