【업무 내용】
・반도체 분야의 선행 기술 및 신기술 동향 조사·분석 (논문, 특허, 학회, 업계 트렌드 등)
・기술적 관점에서 중장기 기술 로드맵 수립 및 기술 과제 검토 지원
・경영진 및 기술 책임자를 위한 기술 분석 보고서 및 제안 자료 작성
・사내 R&D 부문 및 사업 부문과 협력하여 기술 과제와 방향성 정리
・학회 및 외부 파트너와의 기술 교류, 사내 지식 확산
・필요 시 초기 검증(시뮬레이션, 기술 실현 가능성 검토 등) 지원
【자격 요건】
・반도체 또는 관련 분야에서의 연구·개발 경험 (디바이스, 공정, 회로, 재료, 패키징 등)
・논문, 특허 등 기술 문헌을 바탕으로 직접 기술적 분석 및 판단을 수행한 경험
・기술 과제를 체계적으로 정리하고, 의사결정에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 작성·발표한 경험
・일본어 업무 수행 능력 및 영어 기술 문헌 독해 능력
