なお、着任に先立ち、日本本社等でのOJTを通して、排ガス処理装置システムのフィールドサービスエンジニアとして必要な技術・知識を習得していただきます。(3～6ヶ月)
事業開始後は、サービス部門の責任者としてリーダーシップを発揮し、業績伸長や顧客満足向上に努めていただきます。
- 顧客先での定期点検・保守業務
- 機器の不具合等に関する緊急対応(一次対応)業務
上記に関する問題解決(問題を評価・診断し適切な修理を行なう、必要に応じて日本・台湾の自社スタッフと連携する)
顧客に対する適切な操作方法等に関するトレーニング設置、保守、修理サービスに必要な資材の在庫管理
顧客と良好な関係を築き、リピートオーダーの獲得
サービススタッフの採用・教育・評価
業務における独国(欧州)規制への準拠に必要な業務
その他、顧客や日本本社の要請に基く業務
工事の計画・管理・実施、メンバーマネジメント（管理職採用時）
※現地の大手ファウンドリ企業などがお客様となります。
※入社時は日本本社で数ヶ月勤務後、ドイツ拠点へ出向いただきます。
応募要件
機械搬入、組立または機械修理、工事等における現場での工程管理の経験
2～3名のメンバーマネジメント、チームリーダーの経験
基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word）ドイツ語（出来れば可）ビジネスレベルの英語
月給制 年収： 900 万円 ～ 1,200 万円 ( 月収： 63 万円 ～ 83 万円 / 月額基本給： 38 万円 ～ 58 万円 )
※年収には駐在手当も含みます。（約300万円/年）賞与： 年 2 回 ( 昨年実績： 3.5～4.5か月 )
年間休日 123 日
完全週休二日制 土 日 祝日 夏季休暇 年末年始
就業時間 08:30 ～ 17:20 休憩時間 12：10～13：00
残業 月 10 時間 ～ 20 時間程
