顧客からの初回問い合わせや見積作成から、受注、サービス提供、案件完了までの一連のサービスプロセス管理
製品の設置・修理・サポートを実施するため、世界各地のエンジニアの手配・調整
サービス依頼の窓口として対応し、不具合の特定や内容の記録を実施
サービス対応状況および完了した作業内容について、顧客へ正確な進捗報告やフィードバックを提供
営業、技術、製品開発チームと連携し、新製品向けサポートサービスの導入および高品質なアフターサポートの維持
英国内外の顧客、親会社、販売代理店との良好な関係構築
部門業務の正確な記録および効率的な管理を実現するための業務プロセス導入支援
必須条件：
電気・電子工学、コンピュータシステム、情報技術（IT）、船舶工学、または関連する技術分野における学位、職業訓練修了資格、もしくは同等の技術資格
電気・電子工学、コンピュータシステム、およびテクノロジー分野への強い関心を持ち、継続的に技術知識やスキルの向上に取り組める方
技術文書や製品仕様書を理解・解釈できる能力
Microsoft Officeアプリケーションの実務利用スキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力および調整力
主体的かつ顧客志向で問題解決に取り組める方
歓迎条件：
サービスコーディネーション、テクニカルサポート、エンジニアリング、またはカスタマーサポート業務の経験
船舶電子機器、航法システム、または関連する技術製品に関する知識
国際的なビジネス環境での業務経験
