- エグゼクティブクラブラウンジの日々の運営管理
- ラウンジ従業員のシフト管理およびトレーニングの実施
- 国際的な高級顧客のゲスト体験の向上
- サービス改善のため上級管理職と連携
- 高級ブランドのサービス基準の遵守確保
- 高品質な高級サービス提供を維持するためのチームリード
- ゲストの問題を迅速に解決し満足度を維持
- ラウンジのパフォーマンス指標を監視し上級管理職に報告
- シームレスなゲストサービスのため他のホテル部門と調整
応募条件：
- 日本語が流暢であること（必須）
- ホスピタリティ業界での1年以上の管理経験（必須）
- エグゼクティブクラブラウンジの管理経験（あれば尚可）
- 英語が流暢であること（あれば尚可）
- 高級ホスピタリティサービス基準の知識
- スタッフのシフト管理およびトレーニング管理の経験
- サービス改善施策の実施能力
- 優れた顧客サービスおよびゲスト対応スキル
- ホスピタリティ管理ソフトウェアの使用経験（あれば尚可）
