Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all stages of IT projects for global/enterprise clients, from requirements definition to delivery.

• Project Management: Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management from initiation to successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for domestic enterprise clients and coordinate closely with global teams (HQ, offshore development centers).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional project members, including engineers and third-party vendors.
• Problem Solving: Identify project bottlenecks and risks early, proposing and executing swift mitigation strategies.

【歓迎要件 / Preferred】

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent IT certifications (e.g., Project Manager Examination).
• Experience driving projects in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) or large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP).

給与 / Salary

• 想定年収 (Target Salary):〜 1,400万円 / Up to 14,000,000 JPY

応募資格 / Requirements

【必須要件 / Must】

• Project Management Experience: 3-5+ years of IT project management experience within an SIer, consulting firm, or corporate IT environment.
• Language Skills:
  • Japanese: Native or Near-Native level (capable of smooth business negotiations and relationship building with domestic clients).
  • English: Business level (capable of participating in global meetings, writing emails, and creating project documentation / TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively in a multinational and diverse environment.
