A global automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced PMO to support application development and engineering projects across vehicle software, electronics, and R&D. The role will coordinate projects across Japan and Germany, working closely with engineering, testing, and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate automotive software and application projects from requirements through development, testing, and release
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and issues
- Support testing readiness and software release planning
- Follow up on issues identified during vehicle testing and development
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Testing, and IT teams
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, and tracking dashboards
- Support application migration, system development, and software implementation projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Japan, Germany, and partner organizations
- Support projects related to vehicle software, connectivity, ADAS, and cybersecurity

- Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
