仕事の内容
■受験合格のみを目的とせず、受験を通して子供たちの人間力を培っている同社にて、その機会を創出する校舎の店舗開発をお任せします。
(主に東京都、神奈川県、埼玉県)
【業務詳細】
■出店候補の立地物件の情報収集
■土地オーナーや不動産業者との交渉や契約
業務(駅前のビルインや学校近くの住宅
地などの教室が多くございます。 ) ※ご自身で、物件開発~契約までを進めていただきます。
