Job Description
戦略企画室の室長として、検討フェーズにおける方針判断、外部アドバイザーの起用および連携、交渉方針の設計、経営陣への報告までを主導いただきます。
あわせて、室内メンバーの業務指導と育成を担っていただきます。
【具体的業務内容】
・事業戦略の立案および遂行
・M&A・資本提携・業務提携等に係る、戦略立案および遂行
・ディールプロセスの主導・管理
・投資実行後の投資先管理
・戦略企画室メンバーの指導・育成
