Job Description
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule on injection moulding machines (e.g., Sumitomo, Nissei, Fanuc Matsui etc.,)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in moulding machines.
• Handle breakdown maintenance quickly to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain and service auxiliary equipment like Mold temperature controllers, chillers, dryers, and robots.
• Ensure machine alignment, platen parallelism, and clamping force settings are within standard.
• Calibrate and inspect servo motors, heaters, sensors, and hydraulic valves.
• Maintain maintenance checklists, logbooks, and downtime records.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, TPM, 5S) and energy-saving activities.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new moulding machines.
