Job Description

Job Title: GM - Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15-20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

・Lead the Indian subsidiary as the local responsible person.

・Support distributor sales activities through technical consultation and customer meetings.

・Prepare machine application studies, machining proposals, technical presentations and equipment evaluation documents.

・Conduct application engineering activities, machine operation demonstrations, troubleshooting, repair coordination and after-sales support.

・Liaise with Japan headquarters, distributors and end users.

・Support office administration and general management activities.

・Ensure customer satisfaction during machine installation, commissioning and production start-up.

Mandatory: Extensive machine tool industry experience, engineering background, customer-facing technical support, negotiation and stakeholder management.

*Since this is a small organization, you will be responsible for managing the team while also performing your duties as a sales engineer.
