日本企業から派遣される新規事業担当者・出向者に対し、インド市場における新規事業開発、スタートアップ連携、現地ネットワーク構築を支援する「Corporate Innovation Mentor（企業向け新規事業メンター）」を探しています。
・日本のパートナー企業から派遣される出向者（新規事業担当者）へのメンタリングおよび伴走支援
・インド市場における新規事業機会の探索・仮説構築支援
・市場調査、競合分析、顧客・業界動向のリサーチ支援
・現地スタートアップ、企業、研究機関、投資家等とのネットワーク構築支援
・スタートアップとの協業機会やPoC（実証実験）案件の発掘・コーディネーション
・出向者の事業仮説検証、事業開発プロジェクトの進捗管理およびアドバイス
・日本本社向け提案資料・報告資料の作成支援
・出向者による活動内容の整理および自社内向けレポーティング
・パートナー企業と自社間のコミュニケーション窓口業務
・自社の投資先・アクセラレーションプログラム・エコシステムとの接続支援
・日系企業とのシナジー創出に向けた新規プロジェクトの企画・推進
・出向者コミュニティの形成およびナレッジ共有の促進
・インドでの事業開発に関する課題解決支援および意思決定サポート
・必要に応じて自社経営陣およびパートナー企業向けの定例報告・レビューの実施
