PR/120264 | Mechanical Services Engineer - Chinese Speaking

Position: Field Service Engineer (Chinese Speaking) 
Location: Bangkok 
Product: Machinery Service and Solution 

Responsibilities: 
•  Install and commission corrugated production equipment at customer sites. 
•  Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth machine operation. 
•  Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities. 
•  Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers. 
•  Communicate and support customers in Chinese, Thai, and English. 
•  Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation. 
•  Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project success. 
•  Travel to customer sites as required. 

Requirements: 
•  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 
•  At least 3 years of experience in Mechanical Service Engineering, Field Service 
Engineering, Field Application Engineering, or related positions. 
•  Business-level Chinese communication skills. 
•  Good command of Thai and English. 
•  Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
•  Good understanding of Chinese culture and experience working with Chinese 
customers. 
•  Able to travel frequently and work independently. 
•  Valid driving license is preferred.
