Job Description
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives with customers, focusing on R&D and purchasing departments.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings and conferences with clients and vendors.
- Initiate and implement product and process improvement activities.
- Conduct training sessions (e.g., brown bag) to support bilingual development.
- Learn and apply business tools and technical terminologies.
- Utilize and enhance translation tools to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing companies (preferably in Engineering Sales or Purchasing).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Background in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, or Engineering preferred.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Engineering skills will be an advantage.
