会社概要：主に自動車向け電子機器（カーエレクトロニクス製品）の製造を行っている会社です。東南アジアの主要生産拠点の1つです。
仕事内容：
各種数値管理やレポーティング業務、部門運営に関わる幅広いサポート業務をご担当いただきます。
・年次予算の作成・管理
・月次見通し（Forecast）の作成
・予実差異分析
・売上実績の集計・分析・レポート作成
・部門運営に関する各種管理業務
・部内タイ人スタッフのサポート
・タイ生産拠点(アユタヤ)との調整業務
・本社からの問い合わせ対応
・人材採用関連業務の対応
・その他バックオフィス業務全般のサポート
応募資格：
【必須要件】
・現在タイ在住の日本人の方
・タイでの就業経験2年以上
・英語での社内コミュニケーションが可能な方
・9月中の入社が可能な方、またはそれに準ずる早期入社が可能な方
【歓迎要件】
・製造業における管理系業務の経験 （事業管理、営業管理、経営管理、管理会計など）
・予算管理、予実管理、売上分析等の経験
・管理会計の知識をお持ちの方
・タイ語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
