仕事内容：
DX推進責任者として、以下業務をお任せします。
【具体的には】
-全社DXロードマップを策定・推進し、経営課題の解決と業務改革をリードする。
-システム選定から導入・運用・定着までを統括するとともに、外部ベンダーを適切にマネジメントし、プロジェクトを成功へ導く。
-経営データ基盤を構築し、データドリブン経営を推進する。
-経営課題を理解し、DX・ITを活用した全社最適の改善を推進する。
-将来のIT部門を設計し、DXを推進できる組織へ発展させる。
-事業継続を支える安全なIT基盤を構築・維持する。
-日本本社および関係会社とのDX・ITプロジェクトを円滑に推進する。

■DX戦略の立案・推進、自動化、業務改革（BPR）などのご経験
■情報セキュリティポリシー、管理に関するご経験
■日常会話レベル以上の英語力
