Job Description
JAC's client, an urban development company is looking for an Market Research Executive position.
Location: Thủ Dầu Một, Binh Duong. Shuttle bus from HCMC provided
- Research current and/or targeted market for nurture and expansion purpose.
- Analyse customers to develop customer buying patterns report.
- Study competitors’ activities to provide insight for market dynamics.
- Assess and review current sales policy based on data from research activities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or other relevant major.
- At least 03 years of experience in Market Research/Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in market research tools.
- Good English communication skill.
- Having knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
