Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join their Hungary office and support architectural design and project delivery for industrial and commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, permit documentation, and communication with clients, authorities, consultants, and construction partners. This role requires close collaboration with local construction companies and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design documentation.
- Develop and coordinate architectural drawings from concept through detailed design stages.
Ensure designs comply with Hungarian regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and external stakeholders.
Work closely with construction partners and subcontractors, including major local contractors such as STRABAG and other project partners.
Support building permit applications and approval processes.
Participate in design review meetings, site visits, and construction progress discussions.
Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
Provide architectural support during construction and project handover.
Degree in Architecture or related field.
Valid Architect License / Registered Architect qualification.
Professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial building projects would be advantages.
Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and project stakeholders.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Hungarian permitting processes and local regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit or BIM software would be advantages
