東アジアベースのヘッジファンドにてジュニアアナリスト募集！
東アジアベースの日系ヘッジファンドにてジュニアアナリストを採用しております。
業務内容としては、マーケットリサーチ業務、IRコミュニケーション／情報収集・分析
上場企業のIR担当者および経営陣とのミーティングを通じた情報収集
決算・開示情報の補足および事業動向・KPIの深掘り、投資仮説の検証および定性情報（経営スタンス、ガイダンスの確度等）の評価などになります。
応募必須条件：
・実務で数理的アプローチができる方（もしくは数学が強い方）
・東アジアベースの日系ヘッジファンドでの就業及び、ヘッジファンドアナリスト業務に興味が高く、入社後に学んでいく意欲が高い方
・ジュニア人材想定ですので、社会人経験が3－6年程度を想定
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、転職回数の少ない方（入社後は長期で勤務可能な方）
・証券会社での就業経験をお持ちの方
イメージ：現在証券会社でエクイティセールを3－6年されており、バイサイドへの転向を考えている方
※ヘッジファンドアナリスト業務については入社後に学んでいくイメージです。
※現在バイサイド勤務の方は応募不可
