【仕事内容】
授業の準備、保護者様対応などのスクール運営・事務業務
スクールマネージャーやスタッフと協力しながら、子どもたちが楽しんで通うことができる学童施設の運営をお願いします。
【具体的には】
・出欠確認・バスお迎えの添乗
・子どもたちの学習や遊びの見守り
・おやつやアクティビティの準備
・イベントの企画・運営
・保護者様対応
・生徒募集業務（説明会実施、体験・見学のご案内等）
※運営に関わる幅広い業務を担当いただきます。スクールマネージャーの指示のもと楽しいスクール作りをお願いします。
■勤務時間（シフト制）：
平日 ：11：00～21：00 (実働7.5h／休憩1h）
※授業後の生徒さんの預かりがある場合には、19:30以降の勤務もあり（出勤時間を遅らせて対応）
土曜日 7：30～21：00（実働7.5h／休憩1h）
■勤務地：
東京インターナショナルスクール南麻布アフタースクール（白金高輪駅 徒歩10分）
■休日・休暇：
週休2日制（日曜・平日1日 曜日固定）・祝日
年間休日：120日
休暇制度（年末年始休暇(12/29-1/3)
夏季取得推奨休暇（5日）
有給(入社半年後10日付与 以後、法定有給日数付与)
■待遇
・想定年収：320万円～
・給与：月給24.5万円〜27.5万円（４大卒・社会人勤続3年以上想定 経験・能力考慮し決定）
・賞与：会社業績および本人評価に基づき支給される場合あり（年1回）
■試用期間：3ヶ月 *期間中の業務の実施状況による評価を実施
■保険制度：健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労災保険 加入
■その他：交通費支給（6ヶ月の定期代）、残業手当
