Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a signature restaurant and bar while being in close coordination with the culinary team
• Drive service excellence and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support revenue performance through effective team leadership, scheduling, and operational management
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, menus, and guest engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous management experience within F&B (fine-dining/high-volume)
• Strong knowledge of cuisine, wine and beverages
• At least N2 level Japanese and Conversational English

主な責任

• シグネチャーレストランとバーの日常運営をリードし、料理チームと密接に連携する
• サービスの卓越性を推進し、シームレスなゲスト体験を確保する
• 効果的なチームリーダーシップ、スケジューリング、運営管理を通じて収益パフォーマンスをサポートする
• 季節のプロモーション、メニュー、ゲストエンゲージメントのイニシアチブを計画し実行する

要件

• 料飲部（ファインダイニング/高ボリューム）での管理経験
• 料理、ワイン、飲料に関する強い知識
• 少なくともN2レベルの日本語と日常会話レベルの英語
