We are seeking a Security Manager who can lead a small, high‑impact security team and drive security governance, risk management, and consulting activities across multiple business units.
This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in specific security domains, and the ability to collaborate globally.
You will guide team members, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and contribute to global security programs while supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead security strategy development and governance initiatives
Oversee risk assessments and drive remediation planning
Provide high‑level security consulting for business units (e.g., M&A, new business creation)
Manage vulnerability programs and ensure continuous improvement
Represent the security function in global meetings and cross‑company collaborations
Mentor team members and support capability development
Contribute to global security operations and organizational alignment
