概要
私たちのクライアントである兵庫県関西の高級ウェルネスリトリートは、新しくオープンした施設でウェルネスオペレーションをリードするスパ＆ウェルネスマネージャーを求めています。この役割は、館内の医療クリニックのサポートを受けながら、ゲストのウェルネスジャーニーを形作り、ウェルネス部門の発展に影響を与えるユニークな機会を提供します。このリトリートは、プリツカー賞受賞のデザインと先駆的な「未病」ウェルネスコンセプトで知られています。
主な責任:
- ジム、スパ、プール施設のウェルネス部門をリードする
- 既存のウェルネスチームを開発し管理する
- 個別の健康プログラムでゲストのウェルネス体験を向上させる
- 館内の医療クリニックと協力してウェルネスプログラムを実施する
- ウェルネスオペレーションにおける高品質なサービス基準を確保する
- ウェルネスプログラムの効果を監視し評価する
要件:
- 日本語の流暢さ（N1レベル）
- ウェルネス、スパ、またはフィットネス管理の経験
- 既存のチームをリードし開発する能力
- 高級顧客向けのゲスト重視のアプローチ
- 英語の流暢さが望ましいが必須ではない
