【英語を活かす】ロジスティクスコーディネーター/ Logistics Coordinator

A global luxury fashion company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, import/export activities, supplier coordination, and supply chain improvement initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse operations and administrative processes with the 3PL partner
• Monitor service levels, quality standards, and operational performance against SLAs
• Coordinate inbound quality control communication between warehouse and HQ teams
• Manage import/export activities and oversee inventory reconciliation, audits, and stock accuracy
• Analyse logistics KPIs and provide operational performance reports and insights
• Drive supply chain improvement projects while supporting suppliers, commercial teams, and internal order processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or similar domain
• More than 2 years of experience within logistics, supply chain management, management consulting, or business controlling
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese (other language is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience from retail and/or the fashion industry
• Proficient in ERP system Microsoft D365, WMS systems, PLM, Qlik Sense, and NuOrder
