1. Financial Closing Leadership
・Lead and coordinate monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes
・Lead preparing the statutory reporting packages and management reporting to Germany headquarters and local statutory reporting.
・Act as the primary point of contact for external audits
・Coordinate and lead relevant functionals to ensure smooth closing and continuously improve closing efficiency and internal processes
・Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
・Oversee and consolidate management accounting activities ensuring consistency and accuracy of internal financial reporting

2. Balance confirmation
・Confirm accuracy of balances on the assigned GL accounts.

3. （Accounts Payable （AP） Oversight）
・Lead and provide guidance to external staff responsible for day to day transaction operations
・Drive process improvements within AP operations

1. 決算業務のリード
・月次・四半期・年次決算プロセスの統括および推進
・ドイツ本社向けの連結報告パッケージおよび経営レポート、日本法人の法定報告書の作成をリード
・外部監査人との主要窓口として対応
・関係部門を取りまとめ、円滑な決算運営と決算業務の効率化・内部プロセス改善を推進
・適用会計基準に準拠した正確かつ期限内の財務諸表作成を確保
・管理会計業務を統括・取りまとめし、社内向け財務報告の整合性と正確性を担保

2. 残高確認業務
・担当する総勘定元帳（GL）勘定科目の残高の正確性を確認

3. 買掛金業務（Accounts Payable：AP）の管理
・日常の経理取引業務を担当する外部スタッフの指導・マネジメント
・AP（買掛金）業務プロセスの継続的な改善を推進

【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
・Professional accounting qualification （e.g. Bookkeeping Level 2 or above such as 日商簿記2級以上 or equivalent）
・Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
・Prior experience working in a large corporate environment
・Proven experience in financial closing and audit support

・Native level Japanese proficiency required
・Business level English proficiency （written and spoken） required
・Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
・Excellent organizational and time management skills
・Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
・Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment


【Preferred Qualifications】

・Experience with ERP systems （e.g. SAP）
・Experience in shared services or global finance operations
・Experience of cost accounting and/or fixed asset accounting
・Continuous improvement mindset （e.g. process optimization automation）

・日商簿記2級以上、または同等の資格
・3年以上の関連する経理・会計実務経験
・大手企業での勤務経験
・決算業務および監査対応の実務経験

【歓迎要件】
・ERPシステム（SAPなど）の使用経験
・シェアードサービス組織またはグローバルファイナンスオペレーションでの経験
・原価計算（Cost Accounting）および／または固定資産会計（Fixed Asset Accounting）の経験
