■Key Role
S OP（Sales Operations Planning）プロセスの月次サイクルをリードし、マーケティング、営業をはじめとするクロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながら、精度の高い需要予測の策定を担う。また、海外の調達・供給チームと密接に協働し、需要計画に基づく安定的かつ効率的な供給の実現を推進する。需要と供給のバランスを最適化し、適正在庫の維持を通じてサービスレベル向上と在庫効率の最大化を目指す。
■主な業務責任
・ 過去の売上実績を分析し、マーケティング、営業部から情報を取りながら需要予測を作成する。
・ Ｓ＆ＯＰ Meetingのための資料作成や、会議準備、プレゼンテーション
・ 作成した需要をもとに、調達調整・輸送のトラッキングを行う。
・ 倉庫内のロケーション管理などやリワークなどの手配を行い円滑な出荷まで受注チームと連携。
・ マスターデータのメンテナンスと配信
・ 在庫管理のための在庫シミュレーションやプランニングのためのレポート作成。
・ 在庫最適化のための各種分析など
