専門領域向けの研究開発支援ソフトウェアの導入・活用支援を通じて、顧客の業務高度化や研究開発プロセスの最適化を支援するポジションです。顧客の現場担当者や責任者と密接に連携しながら、データ活用の効率化や業務課題の解決に向けた提案を行います。
導入前の提案活動から導入後の運用定着支援まで一貫して担当することが特徴であり、顧客ニーズのヒアリング、ソフトウェアの説明やトレーニング、問い合わせ対応、技術支援など幅広い業務に携わります。また、グローバルの専門チームと連携しながら課題解決を推進し、導入プロジェクトでは関係者を取りまとめながら進捗管理や課題管理を担います。
顧客との長期的な関係構築を通じて継続的な価値提供を行うとともに、プロジェクトマネジメントやソリューション提案のスキルを磨くことができる環境です。なお、業務上、国内外への出張が発生します。

Required Skills
理系分野における高度な専門知識を有し、データ活用や分析業務に関する基礎理解をお持ちの方。加えて、専門的な内容を分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション力およびプレゼンテーション力を有し、日本語・英語の両言語を用いて円滑に業務を推進できる方。
また、システムやソフトウェアに対する関心を持ち、プロジェクトの推進経験を有する方を求めています。関係者と協力しながら品質と納期を意識して業務を遂行し、多様なステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築できる方を歓迎します。
