・起業家育成プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント、デリバリー
・起業家育成プロジェクトの拡販、スキーム進化
・人材育成プラットフォーム事業のターゲット拡大（小・中学生向け）の企画
・事業シーズ調査（ヒアリング、ブレスト、リサーチ等）
・新規事業やプロジェクトの企画、マネタイズ戦略立案と推進
