当社技術研究所にて、建築設備および室内環境に関する研究開発業務を担当いただきます。
■担当業務詳細：
・建築設備（主に空調分野）に関する技術開発
・室内環境に関する技術開発
・室内環境の気流・熱シミュレーション
・熱的快適性評価
・建物の省エネルギー・省CO2評価
■業務の魅力：
研究テーマの探索・提案から実験・評価・開発・ビジネス展開まで一連の開発業務を、実務部門（設備設計、施工管理他）とコラボレーションしながら主体的に取り組み、実際の建物に適用できた時の喜びが魅力です。
※担当者～主任クラスの採用を想定しています。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・建築設備または建築環境工学に関する修士、またはそれに準ずる専門知識を有する方
【歓迎条件】
・CFD、換気回路網、建物エネルギー、空調負荷等のシミュレーション技術に関する経験を有する方
・STREAM、TRNSYS、EnergyPlus等のツール使用経験を有する方
・設備設計（主に空調関連）の実務経験を有する方
・一級建築士、建築設備士、技術士、博士号のいずれかを有する方
