■担当業務：
当社技術研究所にて、建築物の避難安全検証および研究開発・技術支援業務を担当いただきます。
■担当業務詳細：
・避難安全検証業務
・設計部門および施工部門からの問い合わせ対応・技術支援
・火災感知器、誘導灯、自動火災報知機等の防災設備や避難安全性に関する研究開発
■業務の魅力：
避難安全性をミエル化して新たな空間を創造する仕事です。
建築火災時の避難安全対策は、火災覚知、消火、内装制限、煙制御、延焼防止、避難施設、避難誘導まで多岐に渡ります。また、在館者の歩行能力、可燃物密度、天井高さや出口幅など空間条件、階数により、対策の効果は異なります。
主張せず、日常に溶け込みながら、火災時には皆さんをしっかり守る、そんな空間づくりに貢献していきます。

・火災安全工学または建築計画分野の修士号または博士号を有する方

・防災設備メーカー、研究機関、コンサルタント等での業務経験を有する方
