品質保証部門の責任者候補として、品質マネジメントシステムの維持・改善を推進し、顧客満足度向上および品質不良の未然防止を担う。
中国工場における品質保証活動全般を統括し、日本本社および顧客との品質対応窓口として機能する。
【具体的には】
1. 工程品質管理
・工程内不良の分析および改善推進
・品質異常発生時の原因解析と是正措置管理
・工程保証標準の遵守とトレーサビリティ記録
2. 顧客対応
・顧客監査対応
・品質クレーム対応および再発防止策推進
・顧客との品質会議への参加、顧客要求事項の工場展開
3. サプライヤー品質管理
・サプライヤー監査、仕入先品質改善指導
・新規取引先認定活動
4. 品質保証業務全般
・工場全体の品質マネジメント、品質方針・品質目標の策定および進捗管理
・品質マネジメントシステム（ISO9001）の運営・改善
・品質指標（KPI）の設定・管理
5. 組織運営
・品質保証部門メンバーの育成・評価、中国人スタッフのマネジメント
・日本本社品質部門との連携

Required Skills
1. 品質保証・品質管理の基礎知識
・不良解析手法（5Why、特性要因図、QC7つ道具など）
・工程管理（管理図、工程保証標準）の理解
2. 金属材料、溶接の基礎知識
・ステンレス材料の知識、溶接、熱処理の基礎知識
3. ISO9001の理解と運用経験
・内部監査の実務経験
・文書体系の構築・改訂の経験
・外部審査対応の経験があれば尚良し
