日本での顧客基盤増加による人員補強のための募集です。アドバンスドセーフティ関連の製品プロバイダーとしての技術営業を行っていただきます。We are recruiting to strengthen our workforce due to an increase in our customer base in Japan. You will be responsible for technical sales as an advanced safety related products provider.

■Your Role
・製品カタログ及びロードマップの客先に対する説明
Explanation of product catalogs and roadmaps to customers
・担当営業やグローバルプロダクトプラットフォームチームと連携したビジネスプラン及び売り込み計画の立案及び実施
Develop business plans and pursuit plans in collaboration with the sales team and the global product platform team and execute those plans
・製品プラットフォームを用いた客先との先行開発案件バルリソースのプランニング
Proof of Concept）の策定及びグローFormulation of advanced development projects （Proof of Concept） with customers using the product platform and global resource planning
・将来の客先ニーズの掘り起こし及び次世代製品の売り込み
Identify customer needs and Sales of next generation products

Your Background
・ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語
Business level of Japanese and English
・HW/SW分離ビジネスモデルに興味がある方
Interested in HW/SW separation business model
・自動車業界で自動運転または車内モニタリングシステム開発または技術営業経験のある方（尚可）
Experience of autonomous driving and in cabin monitoring system in automotive industry or technical sales regardless of industry
（Preferred）
・異文化及び海外とのコミュニケーションを厭わない方
Willing to communicate cross culturally and internationally
・新製品及びの新しいビジネスモデルを構築する意欲のある方
SW Willing to build new business models for new products and SW
・高専卒・大卒以上
Technical college or university graduate or higher
