本ポジションは、国内においては海外CDMO、国内バイオベンチャーが連携する、国内ではCDMOの立ち上げチームにおいて、事業開発とプロジェクトマネジメントの両方を担いながら、製販体制づくりをリードしていただく役割となります。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・製薬企業におけるアライアンス、プロジェクトマネジメント等の実務経験
・医薬品CMCに関する知識
・医薬品開発から製造までのプロセスを理解し、技術部門と顧客との橋渡しができること
・ステークホルダーとの折衝・契約交渉・プレゼンテーション経験
・社内外の多様な関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
【歓迎条件】
・バイオ素材またはバイオシミラーに関する業務経験
・製薬企業、バイオ製薬企業における事業開発経験
・CDMOにおける事業開発の経験
・CMC開発、分析開発、製造技術、技術移管の経験
・GMP、ICHガイダンス、薬事関連に関する知識
・海外企業とのアライアンス・共同プロジェクト経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの観点経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
