国内外9ヵ国12ヵ所の工場を構え、今後も海外事業を強化していく当社において、
以下の業務を担当する生産管理のスペシャリストを募集しています。
【主な業務内容】
・生産管理業務全般（生産計画の立案から出荷管理までの実行管理、物流管理・改善など）
・現地ローカルスタッフの指導・育成・マネジメント
（部品の調達スケジュールの策定、製造工程管理、品質管理、納期管理など、現地での業務に対する管理と指導）
・顧客折衝（納期管理・生産調整・価格交渉・コスト関連の折衝）
【国内研修について】
ご入社後は、国内工場（高松工場もしくは松山工場）での座学及びOJTトレーニングを予定しております。
研修期間は1ヶ月～3カ月程度です。ご本人のスキル・ご経験・習熟度により研修期間は異なります。
