【Mission】
日本における間接購買（Indirect Procurement）組織を統括し、高い成果を生み出す組織・チームの構築をリードしていただきます。
全ての非生産材（NPM：Non Production Materials）カテゴリーにおける調達戦略の立案・実行を通じて、コスト最適化、業務効率化、自動化、コンプライアンス強化を推進し、事業価値の最大化に貢献いただくポジションです。
また、日本・リージョン・グローバルの調達組織および事業部門との連携を図りながら、調達機能に関わる重要プロジェクトや変革施策を主導し、調達組織全体の継続的な成長と高度化を推進し、さらに、日本国内の担当法人における間接購買部門の代表として、社内外の主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築・マネジメントを担います。
